External Wall Thermal Insulation Coating

Technical Principles
Absorption of ultraviolet light: ultraviolet absorber is added in the thermal insulation coating for building exterior wall, so that the coating absorbs the ultraviolet light energy in most of the bands (λ﹤380nm), reduces the impact of ultraviolet light on the coating caused by aging, chalking, yellowing, etc., prolongs the service life of the coating, and ensures that the other fillers have the role of thermal insulation.
Reflection of infrared light: the use of titanium dioxide nanoparticles to reflect the full range of sunlight, especially in the visible light band (λ = 380-780nm) of high reflectivity. Reflect most of the heat energy in the sunlight, reduce the surface temperature of the substrate.
Barrier insulation: the air wrapped in hollow microbeads in the thermal insulation coating for building facades is in an airtight space, similar to a vacuum environment. After construction, many micron-sized hollow beads are spread into the coating, which reduces the thermal conductivity of the coating and prevents heat transfer to the substrate.

Main Technical Characteristics
1. Thermal insulation performance: the main raw material of this water-based thermal insulation coating is glass bead and aerogel, which has excellent thermal insulation performance; in the tropics and cold zones, it only needs to be coated with about 3mmm thickness, which can be comparable to the thermal insulation effect of the traditional coating with a thickness of 10cm, and even more because of the thin layer of heat exchanger (heat exchanger space becomes smaller), the ability to control the temperature is greatly enhanced, and energy-saving effect is greatly enhanced; the coefficient of thermal conductivity can be reached to 0.032W/(m-K). Coating thickness of 2.5 mm, the temperature can be significantly reduced by 6 to 8 ℃.
2. The material is light, by spraying construction, the coating layer belongs to the “seamless docking”, will not produce “thermal bridge”, greatly reducing the construction costs, and improve the construction safety and service life.
3. The coating can withstand instantaneous heating and cooling without affecting the physical properties (adhesion, compressive strength, tensile strength), such as not encountering external damage, the shelf life of more than 10 years.
4. Suitable for outdoor use, strong UV resistance, the paint film will not crack due to temperature differences or climate change; waterproof, anti-strong sunlight, anti-dust, a certain degree of resistance to the erosion of acid and alkali salts, allowing the trampling (can be sprayed on the roof), resistant to scrubbing and a large number of water flushing.
5. Fast drying speed, surface drying time of 0.5-1 hours,hard drying time of 4 hours.
6. Wide range of substrates, can be used for brick walls, color steel, cement board, plastic boards, roofs and other parts, good adhesion.
7. It has anti-fouling and self-cleaning performance. Resistant to scrubbing and washing. Convenient for later maintenance and cleaning.
8. Environmentally friendly features: friendly environment, because the coating adds a large number of porous nanomaterials, has a good sound insulation and noise reduction effect.
